Cashier – Retail & Food Service

About the role

The Cashier role is focused on generating sales while delivering top‑class customer service in a fast‑paced retail/food‑service environment. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑thru.
• Take orders accurately, follow the Always Fresh procedure and maintain product freshness.
• Prepare and serve products according to operational standards and temperature logs.
• Handle cash, credit card, voucher and automatic debit payments, issue receipts, refunds and change.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and adhere to sanitation and hand‑washing guidelines.
• Participate in store meetings, follow all policies and procedures, and support housekeeping and visual presentation tasks.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns.
