Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Technology Investment Group

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead ITHCA Group, a technology‑focused investment holding. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will shape the group’s vision, drive portfolio growth and ensure robust governance across all subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the group’s vision, mission and long‑term investment strategy aligned with national digital‑economy priorities.
• Lead the preparation and execution of annual business and operating plans, monitor budgets and key performance indicators.
• Establish group‑wide governance frameworks, compliance systems and accountability mechanisms for subsidiaries, investees and joint ventures.
• Oversee portfolio value‑creation initiatives, monitor financial and operational performance, and intervene when risk or performance thresholds are breached.
• Drive investment activities including origination, analysis, acquisition, divestment and capital allocation in line with the group’s investment thesis.
• Ensure transparent reporting to the Board and its committees and maintain alignment with the OIA and Board on major decisions.
• Promote synergies, economies of scale and best‑practice sharing across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in technology investment, portfolio management or related fields.
• Strong track record of leading large, diversified organisations with multiple subsidiaries.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk management and compliance in a holding‑company environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
