Client Relationship Management Analyst – New Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a fresh Omani graduate to join Marsh Oman as a Client Relationship Management Analyst. Based in Muscat, you will support brokers and clients by analysing data, preparing research reports and assisting in the development of tailored risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data using spreadsheets, databases and other systems to support solution development.
• Prepare research reports that highlight business risks for assigned accounts.
• Assist brokers in market research, negotiation with carriers and comparison of submissions.
• Review existing policies, recommend customised risk solutions and help develop underwriting specifications.
• Support the creation of proposal presentations for existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings as part of the team to gain insights and provide assistance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
• Omani national.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
