Cluster Reservations and Revenue Optimization Manager

About the role

As a Cluster Reservations and Revenue Optimization Manager you will lead the reservations team across multiple hotels, driving profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management and exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the Cluster Commercial Director and Revenue Management Center of Excellence to shape forecasts, budgets and commercial action plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and channel performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Oversee accurate handling of individual, group and special reservations across phone, email and reservation systems, ensuring correct rates, packages and policies.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly revenue and reservation reports, maintaining rate integrity and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Events and Finance to manage arrivals, over‑bookings, VIP needs and service recovery.
• Plan staffing, coach team members, set objectives and support succession planning for the cluster.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, business, finance or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in hotel reservations and revenue management, including multi‑property coordination and team supervision.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and central reservation systems.
• Experience with revenue management and channel management platforms.
• Advanced Excel and analytical abilities to interpret commercial trends.
