Commission-Only Business Development Manager – Data Integration, BI & AI Solutions

About the role

ELECTRIX is looking for a commission‑only Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of data integration, Business Intelligence (BI) and AI‑enabled analytics solutions. The role is based in Muscat with the possibility to work remotely and focuses on high‑ticket projects across Oman and the wider Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies that need Power BI dashboards, reporting automation, data integration or AI analytics.
• Build a pipeline through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, events and personal network.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities and shape tailored offers with the delivery team.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals typically starting at $20K.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track next steps.
• Support existing accounts when there is a clear business reason to continue the engagement.

Required profile

• Based in Muscat, Oman.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals of $20K or more.
• Good understanding of BI, Power BI, data integration, reporting automation or AI at a business level.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, directors and senior managers without overly technical language.
• Highly independent and self‑motivated.
