Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Muhanned Al Amri Barristers & Legal Advisors is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join its growing legal team in Muscat. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and supporting clients with regulatory and compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
• Provide legal consultations on corporate and commercial matters.
• Support clients in regulatory and compliance-related issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and documentation.
• Assist with business structuring, corporate governance and day‑to‑day corporate legal operations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance practices and Omani laws is an advantage.
