CRM Manager – Customer Relationship Management

About the role

Oman Air is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead its customer relationship initiatives. You will own the CRM strategy, manage the CRM platform, and work closely with marketing, IT, sales and external partners to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise the CRIS platform (or equivalent) for data accuracy, automation and performance.
• Maintain and enrich the customer database to enable advanced segmentation and personalised communications.
• Analyse customer behaviour and journey data to design predictive, multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports on CRM performance, engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Lead CRM training, documentation and adoption across relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in CRM strategy, customer engagement or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRIS or comparable enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle).
• Experience with data segmentation, lifecycle marketing and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools for performance measurement.
