Customer Value Management Specialist

About the role

The Customer Value Management Specialist will design and execute data‑driven campaigns that increase revenue, improve customer retention and maximise lifecycle value. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Analyse customer behaviour, usage patterns and market trends to identify upselling, cross‑selling and retention opportunities.
• Perform customer segmentation and use data‑driven insights to optimise campaign targeting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science and Analytics teams to plan promotions, BTL campaigns and predictive models.
• Monitor KPIs such as ARPU, retention, conversion rates and campaign performance; provide post‑campaign analysis and recommendations.
• Enhance campaign platforms, communication channels and customer touchpoints to improve experience.
• Coordinate with IT, Revenue Assurance, Customer Care and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Drive continuous process improvements aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in customer value management, marketing analytics or related areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
