Digital Delivery Manager – Lead End‑to‑End Digital Solutions

About the role

The Digital Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital solutions for OQEP, ensuring projects, platforms and enhancements are executed efficiently, securely and in line with business priorities. The role acts as the delivery engine for OQ’s digital transformation agenda, turning strategic initiatives into live, integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital initiatives, managing project teams, vendors and solution architects to meet timelines, scope and quality standards.
• Drive cross‑functional programs using Agile, Scrum and hybrid methodologies, maintaining a unified delivery pipeline aligned with the enterprise portfolio.
• Oversee integration of digital systems with IT, OT, SAP, cloud services, APIs and data pipelines while ensuring architecture, security and DevOps standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contractual SLAs and cost control in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities to accelerate time‑to‑value and promote Agile/DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in digital project delivery, IT solution implementation or program management.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise systems, cloud solutions or large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in the energy, oil & gas or large‑scale industrial environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise integration (APIs, data pipelines, SAP).
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Understanding of data governance, code‑practice principles and systems engineering.
