Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel paid media campaigns. You will own performance KPIs from start to finish, turn data‑driven insights into growth, and support the broader marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build and manage paid media plans across Meta, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X/Twitter, handling budgets, pacing, and daily optimisation.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies and landing pages, scaling successful variants.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospects, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competition, and provide insights for campaign refinement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creation, messaging and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and monitor the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and X/Twitter Ads.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical abilities with solid math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
