Doctor Recruitment Specialist for Hospital/Clinic in Oman

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Oman, responsible for sourcing, interviewing and evaluating doctors for a reputable hospital or clinic. The specialist will act as the bridge between candidates and client institutions, ensuring that medical professionals meet the required standards and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews and professional assessments for doctors across multiple specialties.
• Review and verify medical credentials, licenses and certifications.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams, hospital administration and selection panels.
• Recommend suitable candidates for internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, neonatology, anesthesia, urology and general practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards.
• Support onboarding processes and align expectations with candidates and client institutions.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in medical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Prioritised candidates will have completed Oman Data Flow, cleared Prometric or passed MOH Viva.
• Familiarity with the listed medical specialties and Omani healthcare regulations.
