Enterprise Architect

About the role

KalSoft Oman seeks a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, modernization, and implementation of large‑scale enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives. The role blends strategic roadmap definition with hands‑on solution design and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, principles, and governance models (TOGAF aligned).
• Develop and communicate architecture roadmaps that support business objectives and modernization of legacy systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, provide technical governance, and ensure secure, scalable, AI‑enabled solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end enterprise solutions, create system diagrams, technical specifications, and solution blueprints.
• Establish enterprise‑wide API standards, integration patterns, and cloud‑native/hybrid‑cloud architectures.
• Drive CI/CD strategies, DevOps practices, and containerized environments using Docker and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor development teams on architecture best practices and review code quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture for large, complex organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with executives, business stakeholders, and government entities.
• Hands‑on expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
