Executive - Accounts and Finance

About the role

We are looking for an Executive – Accounts and Finance to support and manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role will assist in financial planning, reconciliation, and strategic management to strengthen the organization’s fiscal health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations; ensure timely month‑end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and analyse profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements for internal reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.
• Support internal, statutory and tax audits, addressing queries and providing required documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, invoicing, collections and credit control.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; generate MIS reports for management decision‑making.
• Monitor cash flow, fund allocation and banking transactions; coordinate with banks for payments and loan matters.
• Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) to process financial transactions and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CFA or CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and decision‑making abilities.
• Good understanding of financial principles, investment strategies and regulatory compliance.
