Experienced Lawyer – Real Estate & Commercial

About the role

Bin Al Sheikh Holding is looking for an experienced Lawyer to join the Village Project at its Oman branch. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for real‑estate and commercial activities, ensuring full compliance with Omani legislation and safeguarding the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Advise senior management on corporate, commercial, real‑estate and labour law matters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Omani laws and regulations across all business units.
• Coordinate with external legal authorities and counsel as required.
• Support dispute resolution and manage litigation matters when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); higher qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Omani corporate, commercial, real‑estate and labour law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
