Expert Performance & Reporting

About the role

Act as the subject‑matter expert for enterprise performance management and reporting within the Corporate Planning & Performance function, delivering accurate, timely and decision‑useful performance information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, govern and continuously improve the performance‑reporting framework, KPI architecture and reporting standards.
• Lead advanced variance and performance‑driver analysis, challenge assumptions and provide independent insights.
• Prepare executive performance reports, dashboards and review materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board committees.
• Ensure data integrity, auditability and support finance‑readiness activities for reporting cycles.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of reporting using BI tools, ERP and data analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in enterprise performance reporting, FP&A or management accounting.
• Proven experience designing reporting frameworks and KPI architectures in large organisations.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to advise senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; postgraduate degree or professional qualification (CMA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
