Export Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive international sales of our biscuit and snack portfolio from our Muscat headquarters. The role focuses on managing and expanding export accounts across GCC, MENA and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales plans for target regions.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with distributors and key customers.
• Prospect, onboard and grow new international clients.
• Coordinate order processing, production planning, export documentation and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to inform strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and market analysis.
• Attend trade fairs, customer visits and maintain strong professional relationships across regions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in export operations, including documentation, Incoterms, customs requirements and freight forwarder coordination.
• Proven experience in international sales/account management, preferably in FMCG or food‑industry export sales.
• Knowledge of GCC, MENA and other export markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and target‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
