Factory Worker – Plastic Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Muscat. The role involves supporting daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the production and packaging of plastic products.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods within the factory.
• Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Perform additional production‑related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (mandatory).
• Experience in plastic manufacturing is an advantage.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and handle manual work.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

What we offer
