F&B Team Lead

About the role

The F&B Team Lead will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations for the hotel’s restaurant and bar, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience in a luxury setting. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will manage staff, maintain standards, and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service standards align with the hotel’s brand.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain hygiene, health‑code compliance, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Control inventory, place orders for food, beverage, and cleaning supplies, and monitor cash flow.
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual performance reports and attend P&L meetings.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement waste‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage operations within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
