About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role focuses on efficient check‑in/check‑out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with other hotel departments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, prompt service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Greet guests personally, escort them to rooms, and provide hotel and local information.
- Handle reservations, check‑in and check‑out procedures using the Front Office system.
- Process incidental charges accurately and maintain daily rate and occupancy awareness.
- Protect guest privacy and adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with organizational policies.
Required profile
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and cash handling.
- Commitment to maintaining guest privacy and safety standards.
