Finance Manager (Construction - F&B)

About the role

The Finance Manager (Construction - F&B) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Masqat, Oman. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for construction and food & beverage projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project costs and cash flows, prepare financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support contract and tender evaluations from a financial perspective.
• Manage financial controls and coordinate with banks, auditors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local regulations.
• Optimize funding structures and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
• Strong financial management experience in construction, real estate development or F&B operations.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local taxation/compliance requirements.
