Fitouts Supervisor – Interior Projects

About the role

Green Timber is looking for a Fitouts Supervisor to lead on‑site interior fit‑out projects in Muscat. You will ensure that each project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production and installation teams on‑site.
• Create and review shop drawings, budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage project timelines, resources and procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and MEP specialists.
• Monitor health, safety and quality compliance throughout the project.
• Report progress and address any issues to keep projects aligned with client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial fit‑outs.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Good knowledge of woodworking, manufacturing best practices and MEP integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client and team interactions.
• Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
