About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our hotel in Muscat. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every interaction—from setting tables to delivering meals—adds to a unique and enjoyable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Greet, serve, and attend to guests throughout their meal, handling any inquiries or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service supplies.
• Process guest transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces safely.
