Food & Beverage Supervisor (Female)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead a team of service staff at a hospitality venue in Muscat, ensuring seamless operations, high service standards, and guest satisfaction. This full‑time, onsite position requires a proactive leader who can manage daily opening and closing duties, inventory, and staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire and overall appearance of team members and address deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain storage areas using FIFO principles and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories, stock requisitions and manage supply levels.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Generate work orders for maintenance and follow up on repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation and employee coaching.
• Enforce company safety, security and quality policies; report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Female candidates only, as specified in the title.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs or confined spaces.
