Freelance Claims Processing Agent – AI Trainer

About the role

This freelance position supports AI development for leading tech companies by evaluating and improving auto‑insurance claim decisions. You will work on short‑term, project‑based assignments that test the accuracy, compliance, and robustness of AI‑generated outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated auto‑insurance claim decisions for accuracy, coverage correctness, and regulatory compliance.
• Create First Notice of Loss (FNOL) scenarios that include contradictions, decoy files, and outdated documents to challenge AI agents.
• Write and grade fraud‑flagging scenarios using structured reason codes for Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals.
• Develop subrogation test cases that apply state‑specific negligence rules and estimate recovery likelihood.
• Document each test case with clear answers, policy citations, and payout calculations.

Required profile

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims, legal services, or financial services.
• Recent hands‑on experience in claims adjusting or adjacent roles.
• Familiarity with auto‑insurance coverage decisions, state negligence rules, and adjuster authority limits.
• Strong written English (C1 level or higher).
