Global Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Amouage is seeking a dynamic Global Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that support talent development and business growth across its international operations. The role requires a global mindset, strong instructional design capabilities, and a passion for enabling employee development at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable L&D programs (in‑person, virtual, blended) aligned with global business needs.
• Conduct global learning needs assessments in partnership with HR, business leaders, and regional teams.
• Design and report monthly training activities, track learning outcomes, and measure ROI.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a learning culture.
• Collaborate with global and regional HR, department heads, and subject‑matter experts to ensure program relevance and cultural alignment.
• Manage external training providers and consultants, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support LMS administration, track metrics, and produce learning reports.
• Design and launch structured programs for leadership development, national talent (Oman & UAE), and early‑career/graduate pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering L&D programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, and report on impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with HR Operations, performance management, and business leaders.
• Passion for talent development and continuous improvement.
