Graduate Engineer – Electrical

About the role

As a Graduate Engineer – Electrical at WSP you will support the delivery of construction projects, ensuring that electrical works meet design specifications, safety standards and project timelines. This role offers the chance to work on landmark projects worldwide while developing your engineering expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from inception through completion, developing plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Review designs, specifications and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and report non‑conformities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Eligibility for Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in electrical site management and construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques.
