About the role
Worley is seeking a Graduate Onshore Pipelines Engineer to join its Oman team. This entry‑level position is designed for fresh or early‑career engineers (0–1 years of experience) and provides hands‑on exposure to pipeline design, project execution, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily engineering tasks such as data collection, preparation of technical documents, and participation in design reviews.
- Assist senior engineers in identifying technical issues, evaluating solutions, and preparing recommendations.
- Coordinate with procurement to draft material specifications, review vendor documents, and support bid evaluations.
- Contribute to site activities, including construction, commissioning, and operational support as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) and quality standards throughout project phases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Omani nationality, in line with the company’s ICV requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
