Head of Investment Advisory – Private Banking

About the role

This senior leadership position will shape the strategic direction of a well‑established wealth management business within a leading Middle‑East bank. You will lead a team of investment professionals and drive growth across a high‑net‑worth client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Investment Advisory function.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of Investment Advisors.
• Define investment strategy and client proposition.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive business growth and increase assets under management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to governance standards.
• Build strong relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• Represent the bank with key stakeholders and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Significant experience advising High Net Worth clients across investment solutions.
• Proven success leading investment advisory teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and assets under management.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• A degree and relevant professional investment qualifications are highly advantageous.
