Hindi Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position is for a Hindi Quality Assurance Lead who will oversee the quality and consistency of Hindi AI training data. You will evaluate AI‑generated content and trainer work, ensuring it meets detailed project rubrics and cultural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review Hindi AI‑generated content and trainer/QA outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Provide precise written feedback in English and maintain documentation such as style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Identify recurring quality issues, communicate updates to trainers and QAs, and support onboarding of new contributors.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project management tools to monitor contributor performance.
• Assist in activating contributors who are not working consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Hindi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep understanding of Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, cultural context, and tone variations.
