About the role

Join Talenzia’s 1‑month live online HR Apprenticeship and gain hands‑on experience across the core functions of Human Resources. The program runs via Zoom, requires 3–4 hours per week, and culminates in a CPD UK certified credential recognized across the Gulf and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in live sessions covering recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Learn labour law, compliance, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Practice performance management, appraisal processes, and employee relations.
• Develop HR analytics skills and build a professional LinkedIn profile.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft job descriptions, conduct performance reviews, answer employee queries, and automate routine HR tasks.
