HR Assistant – Omani Candidates Only

About the role

We are looking for an organized and professional HR Assistant to join our team in Al Mouj, Muscat. This entry‑level position supports daily HR operations and ensures smooth communication between applicants, new hires, and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, record messages, and handle office correspondence.
• Create and maintain filing systems for applicant interview documentation and employee records.
• Process employment applications, audit payroll distribution, and coordinate I‑9 verification for new hires.
• Design and update employee bulletin boards with recruitment, transfer, and promotion information.
• Post required legal and regulatory HR notices.
• Follow company safety policies, report incidents, and protect confidential information.
• Assist colleagues to ensure proper coverage and excellent guest service.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related data using computer systems.
• Perform light lifting (≤10 lb) and other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
