HR Manager - Hospitality

About the role

An experienced HR Manager is sought to join the team at Chedi Ras al Hadd in an onsite setting. The role oversees HR operations and leads colleague engagement initiatives, working closely across departments to create an exceptional workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
• Administer, maintain and optimise the HRMS platform for streamlined HR workflows.
• Lead strategies to improve colleague engagement, satisfaction and organisational culture.
• Monitor and manage employee accommodation logistics, ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Provide HR support and guidance to colleagues and management.

Required profile

• Proven HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Experience implementing colleague engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated organisational skills in accommodation or staff housing management.
• Nice to have: degree or certification in HR or a related field; exposure to Omani labour regulations; multilingual skills; hospitality or resort background.
