People & Culture Executive

About the role

Join Snoonu’s People & Culture team in Oman to support and develop team members through HR policies, best practices and procedures. You will handle administrative HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, offer letters and onboarding logistics across five Omani cities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Keka HRMS, manage visas, work permits and labour cards.
• Act as first‑point contact for employee queries on leave, benefits, policies and handle routine employee‑relations matters.
• Prepare payroll inputs, process benefits enrolments and collaborate with Finance on payroll timelines.
• Track compliance with Oman Labour Law, prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and flag upcoming deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment coordination, HR operations and employee relations.
• Experience working in multi‑site or multi‑city environments, ideally within tech, logistics, e‑commerce or fast‑paced startups.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently within defined frameworks.
• Fluent in English and Arabic and willing to travel regularly across Oman.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an HRMS platform (Keka or similar).
• Experience managing high‑volume documentation and HR data.
