HR Manager – Manufacturing (Oman)

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturer operating across the GCC and India, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Oman. You will act as a strategic HR partner, overseeing all HR functions for a workforce of roughly 250 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, policy administration and compliance.
• Lead recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
• Design and implement Organizational Development initiatives such as performance frameworks, succession planning and capability building.
• Develop and deliver Learning & Development programmes, including training needs analysis, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Partner with business leaders across functions to support HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness for GCC and India operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; MBA or HR specialization preferred.
• 8–12 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience working in GCC and/or India markets and managing multicultural workforces.
