HR Trainer / Tutor – Oman HRM & GCC Practices

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer/Tutor to deliver practical training on Oman HRM and GCC HR practices. The role involves designing and delivering sessions that equip learners with up‑to‑date knowledge of labour law, visa processing, recruitment, payroll and related HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training on Oman HRM, Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Train students on visa processing, immigration procedures, employment contracts, leave policies and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Conduct sessions on recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll, Wage Protection System (WPS) and HR Management Systems (HRMS).
• Facilitate mock interviews, CV preparation, LinkedIn optimisation and GCC job‑search strategies.
• Develop training materials, assessments and practical case studies.
• Mentor students and keep updated with changes in Oman Labour Law and GCC HR practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering HR training, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD or HRCI are a plus.

• Knowledge of Oman Labour Law.
