Human Capital Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Capital Executive to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay, a luxury resort in Muscat, Oman. The role will act as the central HR partner for all colleagues, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support, advising on policies, performance management, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, certificates and maintain audit‑ready employee records.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Administer learning initiatives, manage the Axonify platform, monitor training completion and report learning metrics.
• Design and deliver colleague engagement programmes, recognition awards and CSR activities.
• Support guest experience functions by maintaining guest profiles, handling VIP arrivals and special requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration, employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
