HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the inspection, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, air‑quality control and refrigeration equipment at our Al Mouj property. You will ensure the mechanical plant operates efficiently, monitor temperature and energy usage, and support guest comfort in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
• Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves and related components.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies; report hazards and complete required training.
• Provide professional guest service, maintain a clean appearance and protect company assets.
• Assist with moving, lifting and positioning objects up to 100 lb and perform other duties as directed.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC/maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC Certification.
