HVAC/AC & Chiller Technician – Full‑time in Muscat

About the role

The leading hypermarket chain in Oman is seeking skilled HVAC/AC & Chiller Technicians to join its facilities team in Muscat. The position is full‑time and permanent, covering both standard technician duties and senior‑level supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on HVAC, air‑conditioning and chiller systems across the hypermarket facilities.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment, and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance programmes and keep accurate service records.
• For senior candidates, supervise junior technicians, plan work schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage spare‑part inventories.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in HVAC, AC or chiller maintenance.
• Technical knowledge of cooling systems and ability to interpret schematics.
• Willingness to work in Oman and adapt to shift patterns as required.
• Senior applicants should have prior supervisory or team‑lead experience.
