Informatica CDC Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Informatica CDC Developer to design, build, and own enterprise‑level data integration solutions. The role is delivery‑focused, requiring hands‑on expertise in change data capture (CDC) and cloud‑native integration using Informatica DEI/IDMC.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and optimization of CDC‑based data integration pipelines for near real‑time synchronization.
• Develop and expose reusable REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange, handling authentication, throttling, and error management.
• Build cloud‑native integration workflows on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging native storage, compute, and data‑warehouse services.
• Design mappings, workflows, and mapplets for ETL/ELT across heterogeneous sources (RDBMS, flat files, cloud storage, APIs, streaming platforms).
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders on CDC architecture and integration patterns.
• Mentor junior developers, perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Support production deployments, code migrations, and environment promotions (Dev → QA → UAT → Prod).

Required profile

• 8–10 years of professional experience in data integration and CDC solutions.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale projects in an onsite client‑facing environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate directly with client teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Informatica DEI (Data Engineering Integration) / IDMC (IICS).
• Change Data Capture (CDC) design and implementation.
