Inside Sales – US Logistics (English native required)

About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business for our American logistics services. The role is based in our Muscat Hills office and operates on a US‑based schedule, requiring you to work evenings and nights.
Key responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to US companies to schedule sales meetings.
- Conduct virtual meetings and persuade prospects to ship their domestic U.S. shipments with our company.
- After the first year, transition to managing the accounts you have onboarded, handling both sales and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and pipeline activity.
Required profile
- Native‑level English proficiency, comparable to an American speaker.
- Willingness to work the shift from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday‑Friday.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain motivation.
