Interface Manager - Brownfield EPCM Projects

About the role

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, is looking for an Interface Manager to lead its EPCM team and deliver a portfolio of Brownfield EPCM projects. The role provides strong HSSE leadership, coordinates interfaces between work packages and acts as mentor and coach to the Contract Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the EPCM team to deliver Brownfield EPCM projects successfully.
• Ensure clear alignment and communication of customer objectives across all stakeholders.
• Act as mentor and coach to the Contract Leadership Team and set a vision for project success.
• Foster collaboration, resolve issues and remove barriers to achieve contractual and business goals.
• Coordinate interfaces between multiple work packages to ensure schedule compliance, design basis alignment and efficient execution.
• Establish and maintain interface management processes, tools and procedures, and liaise with Engineering Managers, Discipline Engineers, Delivery Managers, Package Managers, Project Engineers and Construction Managers.
• Develop and issue interface status reports covering progress, key concerns, risks and critical actions, and facilitate stakeholder meetings to resolve interface issues.
• Monitor interface performance and support multidisciplinary teams in identifying and mitigating interface risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 15 years in Brownfield Oil & Gas project delivery within Project Management, Engineering or Design roles.
• Minimum 15 years working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams in complex environments.
• Experience managing project portfolios, coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing resources in multicultural settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSSE leadership in Brownfield projects, strong customer focus and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project execution.
• Experience managing EPCM projects.
