IT Audit Senior – Omani Talent

About the role

The IT Audit Senior will join the Information Risk Management in Audit (IRM eA) team, a specialist wing of KPMG’s External Audit service. You will provide assurance that technology‑related processes supporting financial reporting are fit for purpose and that related controls operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance on audit engagements and ensure delivery of practice objectives.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to internal and external clients.
• Meet Service Level Agreements and deliverables as defined in engagement letters.
• Facilitate seamless transition of new projects and clients.
• Plan and implement process changes, proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Manage back‑logs and review work quality in detail.

Required profile

• Professional certification: CISA or CISM.
• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience in IT Advisory, IT Audit Support, or Technology Risk Consulting, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
• Experience in a financial services institution or regulated environment is an advantage.
