IT Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The role focuses on aligning multiple projects with corporate strategy, delivering measurable business value, and ensuring smooth transition to steady‑state operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall program roadmap, guaranteeing alignment with strategic goals and OKRs.
• Establish a benefits realization framework to track ROI throughout and after program execution.
• Transition program outputs into steady‑state business operations, driving high adoption and minimal disruption.
• Oversee multi‑million‑dollar enterprise transformations such as OSS/BSS consolidations, data migrations, and corporate synergy programs.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive IT delivery experience, including at least 5 years as a Program Manager on enterprise‑scale transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business; Master’s or MBA highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of enterprise architecture, corporate finance, and process re‑engineering.
• Preferred certifications: PgMP or MSP; required PMP or PRINCE2; SAFe Agilist or SAFe RTE for agile‑at‑scale environments.
