Junior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Oman. This position offers early‑career professionals the chance to gain hands‑on experience on building projects, working under the guidance of senior engineers and project leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and executing daily site activities.
• Support construction of building works from substructure to superstructure, including architectural finishes and external works.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and labour to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help monitor work quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Support implementation of HSE policies and site safety requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
• Work closely with senior engineers to resolve site issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in building construction (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a professional construction environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Oman.
