Junior Online Content Manager (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Online Content Manager to join a pool of Non‑Key Experts supporting NTU International’s EU policy outreach project across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, focusing on maintaining and enhancing web‑based communication assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using a Content Management System.
• Draft, edit and publish web content in line with editorial guidelines and EU branding.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia material.
• Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website performance, conduct basic web analytics and prepare reports.
• Ensure content accuracy, accessibility and user‑friendliness.
• Perform routine website maintenance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, web content or related field.
• Fluent English.
• At least 2 years of general experience in online communication and 1 year of specific experience managing website/online content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
