Laundry Equipment Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Laundry Equipment Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high‑capacity commercial laundry machinery in Muscat. The ideal candidate will combine strong electrical and mechanical skills with hands‑on experience on industrial laundry systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and breakdown repairs on commercial washers, extractors, tumble dryers, dry‑cleaning machines, shirt presses, blanket folders, ironers and garment‑finishing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, steam‑system and control‑panel faults, and replace defective components as needed.
• Identify spare‑parts requirements, report recurring equipment failures and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow established hygiene, operational safety and maintenance procedures while working independently.

Required profile

• Diploma or trade certificate in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining commercial or industrial laundry equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑capacity steam‑operated and electric laundry machinery.
