Learning and Development Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR team and help deliver high‑impact people, learning, coaching, and assessment solutions. The role focuses on designing and implementing development programs that meet client and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored Learning & Development solutions for clients.
• Provide coaching and assessment services in line with ICF standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand commercial and business requirements.
• Manage people‑development projects from conception through execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field (candidates with less experience are also welcome).
• Background in an HR consulting firm, training institute, or professional services environment.
• Possession of an ICF‑recognized coaching credential.
• Holding a recognized assessment certification.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver L&D solutions.
• Strong people‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align solutions to client needs.
