Legal Counsel

About the role

The Legal Counsel leads Snoonu's legal function, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership and ensuring effective risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s legal strategy aligned with business objectives and regional expansion plans.
• Lead drafting, review, negotiation and governance of commercial contracts across all business units.
• Oversee legal matters related to regional expansion, including company incorporation, licensing and regulatory approvals.
• Establish and maintain enterprise‑wide compliance frameworks, corporate governance policies and regulatory controls.
• Manage litigation strategy, dispute resolution and coordination of external counsel.
• Lead the Legal team, drive process improvements and foster strong relationships with leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior legal advisor in a fast‑growing, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Proven ability to partner with business functions, balance commercial objectives with legal risk, and support strategic initiatives.
