Logistics Manager – Recycling & Second‑hand Goods

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations for a recycling and second‑hand goods business operating across the GCC, with a focus on Oman. The role combines commercial acumen with deep knowledge of import/export processes to drive cost efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete logistics and supply‑chain activities in the UAE and GCC region.
• Handle import/export shipments, customs clearance and freight coordination for recycled goods such as shoes, bags and textiles.
• Oversee movement of second‑hand products across all supply‑chain channels, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize logistics costs, monitor profitability and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses and recycling partners while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor inventory flow and improve efficiency of recycling supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of logistics or supply‑chain management experience.
• Strong GCC experience, preferably in the UAE and Oman.
• Mandatory background in the recycling or second‑hand goods industry (shoes, bags, textiles, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage logistics costs and contribute to business profitability.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
