Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

As a Loss Prevention Officer at JW Marriott Muscat, you will safeguard guests, employees and assets by maintaining a secure environment throughout the hotel. Your vigilance ensures that visitors feel safe and can enjoy their stay without concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor security camera feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond promptly to accidents and support guests or staff during emergency situations.
• Defuse guest disturbances, escort individuals when necessary, and maintain order on the premises.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.
• Prepare accurate shift reports and uphold confidentiality of all loss‑prevention documentation.
